FourFan takes the protection of its customers' privacy seriously and is committed to protecting their privacy in accordance with the requirements of Finnish law and the EU GDPR Regulation. The purpose of this report is to inform our customers about the processing of their information.

E-commerce customer relationship management, order processing and shipment tracking.
The information is used for customer relationship management, customer communication in connection with orders and, in addition, for marketing purposes that have given consent electronically.

We collect the information provided by the customer when registering in the online store and using the service, as well as the order history.

The following information is stored in the register:

-Customer and contractual information, such as order and return information and possible marketing consent

Right of inspection

Everyone has the right of access to data which has been entered in the register. The request for verification must be sent by e-mail or post to the controller. The request may be requested to be clarified and verified before the request is processed.

The data subject has the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect or outdated data. He also has the right to restrict or oppose the processing of his data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU Data Protection Regulation.

The data subject has the right to decide on the use of his or her personal data in direct marketing by subscribing to a newsletter or other electronic marketing communication in connection with registration or subscription. All direct marketing messages have a legal link from which the order can be canceled immediately.
