FourFan online store ordering and delivery terms

These order and delivery terms apply to the FourFan online store. By ordering products from the FourFan online store, the user agrees to these terms.

Online shopping

You can shop online if you are over 18 years old. After placing your order and accepting the order and delivery terms, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. 

The subscriber is responsible for the use and careful storage of his / her own account and password. The subscriber undertakes to provide the correct information in connection with the order.

Payment methods

Payment is made at the e-commerce Checkout and after pressing the Finish Order button, you will be taken to the website of the payment method of your choice.

Payment methods available to customers:           

In FourFan's online store, all payment connections are protected by SLL encryption.

All credit card payments will be verified and if verification fails, FourFan reserves the right to reject the order. FourFan no store credit card information in your own information system but process and store it in Luottokunta's system.

For online banking, you need the usernames provided by your bank.  

    Tariff

    All e-commerce prices include VAT. If the product is clearly mispriced and it can be assumed that the customer understands that the product is mispriced, the product will not be delivered at that price despite the order. In the event of mispricing, FourFan is obliged to notify the customer who ordered the product immediately.

    Delivery costs at checkout are added to the prices.

    Delivery methods / costs (in Finland)

    • Letter € 2.90 (orders under € 14.50)
    • Postal package € 4.90 (orders under € 30)
    • Postal package € 6.90 (orders over € 30)
    • Free shipping on orders over 95 €

    In international deliveries, delivery costs to the country of dispatch are shown at checkout.

    If the products are delivered outside the EU, the user is responsible for any customs, import or other charges. Customs clearance practices vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information. If the product needs to be cleared through customs, the customer is responsible for all related costs and understands that customs clearance may cause a delay in the original delivery time estimate.

    Delivery time

    FourFan will process your order in 3-5 days. Delivery time depends on the product. Ta delivery-specific delivery time estimate can be found at product product page. The products can be delivered in several different batches.

    If the delivery of the product is significantly delayed from the delivery time estimate stated on the product page, FourFan's customer service will contact the customer via the e-mail provided in connection with the order. FourFan reserves the right to deliver the products ordered at the same time separately, if necessary.

    FourFan reserves the right to refuse an order if necessary. In this case, the payment will be refunded to the subscriber within 14 days.

    Product returns and exchanges

    All products in our online store have a 30-day exchange / return right (except for Underwear and Face Masks, there is no exchange / return right for hygienic reasons).

    Product replacement is free if the customer wants to exchange for the same product in a different size or color, or if the product has a manufacturing defect. Otherwise (eg exchange for a completely different product) any price difference between the products, as well as new delivery costs will be charged.

    Product to be exchanged / returned must be in the same condition as the original. The product packaging must also be marketable. The product package should be opened with general care.

    Returns are free for our shipments in Finland (packaging is the responsibility of the sender of the return). In other countries, the customer pays the cost of the return.

    For all product returns / exchanges, please contact FourFan's customer service by e-mail: info@fourfan.fi, and you will receive instructions for making the exchange / return.

    On return, we will refund the price of the product you paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product. 

    If the original order amount of the order has entitled to free delivery, but after the return the order amount is less than the amount entitling to free delivery, delivery costs will be added to the order according to the original delivery method of the order and delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.

    NOTE! Failure to pick up the package is not a refund. We charge a fee of 15 euros for non-collected shipments. 

    Force Majeure

    FourFan shall not be liable for any delay or damage resulting from an obstacle beyond its control which it could not reasonably have foreseen or the consequences of which it could not avoid. Such force majeure includes, for example, the removal or discontinuation of a product from a supplier or manufacturer, disruptions in transportation, subcontractors, equipment, software, browser or network connection, fires, industrial action, wars, natural disasters, government intervention.

    Responsibilities

    FourFan shall not be liable for consequential damages unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

    Applicable law and possible disputes

    These terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with Finnish law. Disputes relating to the contract between the seller and the buyer, unless the disputes can be settled by negotiation between the parties, shall be settled in the ordinary lower court of the seller's domicile.
